About
I've been active in Real Estate for over 15 years. I am a retired VP Risk Management and Chief Credit Officer (Latin America) for Wells Fargo Financial. I was also a Licensed Appraiser in the State of Maryland. I therefore thoroughly understand the lending side, the appraisal side, and the selling side of Real Estate. I hold the following designations: GRI, CIPS, CDPE, ABR, SFR, and TRC.
