Armed with 15 years of real estate experience, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in New Jersey and Florida, I bring unique value to buyers and sellers. My geographic focus is primarily Northern New Jersey and SW Florida; I am licensed in both states. SELLERS will receive professionally shot photography and video along with a dedicated property website, all designed to maximize the internet presentation i.e., where the buyer is likely to first see their home. With BUYERS my objective is to show you the best homes in the geographic area you select. Once I know your criteria, I immediately start working for you to select listings worthy of your consideration, review those selections with you, and then create a showing schedule. You will receive a bound copy of the schedule with details on each home, along with other pertinent information. Customers especially like this because it allows them to take notes, rate each home, and have something tangible to review at the end of the day.
