With 20+ years in customer service, sales, and property development, Kathleen excels in negotiation and marketing. Her background includes top-performing ad sales and experience in property development, giving her firsthand knowledge of transactions and real estate investments. As president of her condo association, she worked with property managers, banks, and attorneys, gaining expertise in foreclosures and short sales. Her SFR and HECM certifications further equip her to assist homeowners. A world traveler & outdoor enthusiast, Kathleen brings energy, cultural awareness, and tenacity to every client relationship.
