About
After a 32 year carrier with Missouri Department of Transportation and building a Rental business in Missouri, as well as, having a Condo on Fort Myers Beach as a Rental, we decided to make the move to a warmer climate. My Wife and my youngest daughter and I moved to Cape Coral in 2015. We just really liked the amount of Waterfront properties and opportunities this part of Florida offered. We had started clear up in the Destin area and worked our way to here before it felt like we were far enough South. We have since sold all our properties up North and settled full time here. I have transitioned to being a Full Time Realtor and now work with my Daughter, Michaela, she is also a Full Time Agent. I travel a wide area in South Florida, as well as helping our Clients find the Perfect home for them we also work with several builders for New Construction and Building Lots. I have sold both residential and Commercial properties and would enjoy helping you find the your Dream Home or Condo.
