Hi! I’m Paula Campbell Szczapinski. I’m originally from Louisville, KY, where I spent most of my life and raised my son, Brian. That’s also where I met my husband, Ron, at our 20 year high school reunion. We fulfilled my lifelong dream of moving to Florida in 2004.I feel like I was born with a passion for real estate. I got my license for the first time in my 20's and over the years bought many homes as rentals and also did some remodels and flips. My other career was in healthcare financial management. I worked my way up from Cashier to Director of Patient Accounting while getting my Business Management Degree from the University of Louisville. Combining this education and experience gives me the perfect skill set for real estate. I would be honored to help you sell your home or find your dream home in sunny Florida as Ron and I did in Cape Coral. I love working with homeowners, first-time buyers and clients purchasing the ideal vacation home here in southwest Florida.
