B Dock will be constructed in it's entirety with new Aluminum Floating docks by Golden Marine, info attached, estimated completion around the end of January or sooner. 50' B-11 will accommodate a boat up to 53'9'' with approved variance, maximum beam is 19', B Dock is conveniently located near the Waterside Grille and the Fitness Center(Country Club Membership required), Condo Association fee $350 a month and includes use of the Marina Center, $150 application fee once, non-residents pay $286 annually to the Master Association for community access.
