"We first met Cindy and Brent in 2019. They were the realtors for the seller of the condo we were buying, and although we were the buyers, they helped us fill out all the paper work and led us through all the way to our closing. They were very pleasant to work with and very competent then, so when we decided to sell, we decided to use them again. They listed our condo and had an open house. Because they had advised us about a fair price to list at, our condo sold at the open house. After that they were once again right with us, leading us through all the paper work needed. Then, because I was not well enough to travel to Florida to pack the personal items at our condo that we wanted, Brent and Cindy packed everything up. They brought food that was in our pantry to a food bank, and took unwanted clothes and items to a used clothes and items store. They let our cleaning women and service people in and out when needed. They also returned our Comcast equipment to the store. We could not have been able to do all this without them. They had to do all this in three weeks because that is how fast we closed. I can not tell you how honest, competent, and friendly they are. We were very lucky to have them as or realtors. I do not think there are many that would do what they have done for us.
