Growing up in Philly, a move to Florida 30 years ago was something that I could never imagine. But, it's the best thing I ever did! It's a pleasure to awaken 352 days a year in color! No snow, no ice, no winter coat! Just beautiful sunshine! To be honest...sometimes it does get a little cold...in the 50's!! About 5 days a year! Martin County is a wonderful place to live. The area is wonderful...family oriented, the neighborhoods are lovely, the schools "A" rated, minimal traffic, it's close to the beach, theater, shopping, 2 hours from Mickey Mouse, and its only a short 30 minute drive to West Palm Beach International Airport. But..most important, the people are as nice as can be! A trip to the supermarket is like a social occasion. You can be sure a conversation will spark in the check-out line! I've been a top producing agent for 28 years. I'm proud to say that I am always in the top 4% in the global network in the entire State of Florida. I enjoy what I do!
