About
After more than 10 years as a real estate investor, I decided to become a REALTOR at the same time Warren Buffett decided to brand his newly acquired real estate brokerage in Florida with the Berkshire Hathaway name, October 1, 2013. The timing was perfect and timing is everything in real estate. I am extremely proud to say I work for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty for almost 10 years AND am a member of the largest MLS in the state of Florida (Central Florida & Orlando), as well as the Space Coast MLS (Cape Canaveral, Cocoa, Melbourne, Palm Bay). As of December 1, 2021, I am also a licensed REALTOR in the state of Massachusetts, as a member of the Framingham/Natick office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate and my goal is to help individuals make smart investments, especially if they are from MA looking for a second home in FL!
