Kim Bakich values her customers. She LISTENS to buyers and sellers. She focuses on attention to detail and personal real estate needs in order to turn what some may call a stressful situation into a smooth transaction. Having a background in homebuilding and sales led her to merge those interests together and deliver that experience to her customers. She grew up in the home building industry, as her Father and extended family members owned both residential and commercial building companies. She worked on site with her family members to make building dream homes a reality. As a 35 year resident of Central Florida, Kim is familiar with the area and she and her family have made Lake County their home for 30 years. She and her husband, Steve, have raised 4 children here and he managed and was a part owner in a family run business that was part of the community for over 47 years.
