About Rick Fioretti, GRI, ABR, AHWD Prior to relocating to Florida, Rick obtained his Real Estate license in 1986 and owned and operated a Century 21 Franchise company in Gaithersburg, Maryland, where he his parents relocated from New York when he was 10 years old. Rick relocated to Naples with his wife, Brenda, in 1999 and earned his real estate Brokers license in Florida. Rick served as the President of the Naples Area Board of Realtors in 2016. He is the proud recipient of the Naples Area Board of Realtors Realtor of the Year Award in 2017. Rick created The Fioretti Team and leads this Team with 8 Team members working in the Berkshire Hathaway Florida Realty’s Naples 5th Avenue and Tiburon Ritz Carlton offices. The Fioretti Team has consistently ranked in the Top Teams for Florida with Berkshire Hathaway and was the number one Team in Naples for 2021 and the number one Team Statewide in 2020 and 2022.
