I'm an Indiana native who after living and working corporately for 30+ years all over the country, am now blessed to call Naples my home. I have lived in Southwest Florida for 7 years along with my husband, a Florida native, and love all it has to offer – boating, beaches, biking, restaurants, and just living the SWFL lifestyle. Building a new home in the Estero/Ft. Myers area before moving to Naples gave me great insight into the SWFL market and the nuances between areas. I have renovated homes but working with a custom builder was a whole new experience and gave me a “crash course” into real estate in Florida. Contractors, timelines, and flood zones – OH MY!
