Our Coworking memberships allow you to have a desk, 20 in all, in the shared space. The memberships are $150 for 5 days/month, $250 for full time/month, in addition to day rates of $35/day if you are just dropping in from time to time. Each membership is month-month terms and includes high-speed internet, a business mailing address, conference room time, phone booths, bottomless coffee, on-site support staff, and more. We have 57 private offices starting at $650 per month ranging up to $2,100 for prime window location. Other options for offices include 5-Day Private Office for $325 per month and day office rates of $85 per day. These offices come fully furnished and include signage, 24/7 access, fiber optic high-speed internet, a business mailing address, conference room time, copying/printing/scanning access, bottomless coffee, on-site support staff and other amenities. Our meeting space includes a Training Room, Conference Room and 2 small Meeting Rooms. These are charged by the hour if one doesn't have a membership with us. The memberships are $45 per hour for meeting rooms; $65 per hour for the conference room and $150 per hour for the training room. Discounted pricing is available for half and full day. Additionally we are happy to provide package deals for those who can commit to a number of meetings.
