Rei is a Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Rei is responsible for managing all aspects of the company including strategic growth, new business development, profit and loss, and acquisitions. He has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry.
He currently serves as a National Association of Realtors® (NAR) Director and serves on the Executive Committee, Corporate Investors Council, Large Firm Involvement Advisory Board, Large Residential Firms Real Estate Advisory Group, RPR Advisory Board, Realtor.com Advisory Board, and NAR’s Project Upstream.
Rei has recently been named by the Swanepoel Power 200 as one of North America's most powerful and influential residential real estate industry leaders.
At Florida REALTORS® (FR), he currently serves on the Real Estate Services Group – Top 50 Brokers, and is the District 4 Trustee for the REALTOR® Political Action Committee.
Under Rei's leadership, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, Florida Real Estate Services has raised more than $3.37 Million dollars for the Sunshine Kids and is recognized as the Network's #1 fundraiser in Florida. The Sunshine Kids Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing positive group activities and emotional support for young cancer patients.
Rei L. Mesa
Mr. Raul Rodriguez is the Vice President of Finance, Real Estate Services, and is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for all aspects of the Real Estate Services subsidiary. Mr. Rodriguez is responsible for overseeing Real Estate Services’ facilities and IT desktop and application management, and also has responsibility for the analysis of acquisitions and new start-ups and provides management recommendations on pricing as well as coordinates the due diligence activities. Mr. Rodriguez reviews all new programs (e.g. marketing or compensation-related, etc) and is responsible for identifying and negotiating new leases as well as changes to existing leases for all new office spaces to ensure financial return is realized and programs are aligned with business objectives. Mr. Rodriguez earned his Masters in Accounting from the University of Florida and was a licensed Florida Certified Public Accountant. He has been with WCI’s Real Estate Services for eight years and previously held a management position within a national public accounting firm.
Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, Rosalie Palmer was Arvida Realty Services Vice President of Business Development Administration. She joined Arvida in 1985 after migrating to Florida form her native Jamaica. At the time, Arvida was Merrill Lynch Realty. Palmer worked with the company for more than 14 years and held a number of positions while increasing her responsibilities as assistant controller and administrative manager. Palmer helped the company through changes in administration and real estate branding.
Palmer has a degree in accounting. She received her real estate license in 1988 and the Certified Relocation Professional designation in 1999. She is married with one daughter and enjoys tennis and music.
With more than 20 years experience in the real estate and relocation industries, Sharon Sapp now serves as our relocation and business development vice president.
Sapp has held various real estate brokerage relocation positions specializing in business. Sapp also has experience in corporate development and has worked for a third party relocation company.
Sapp was the recipient of the Relocation Director of the Year award for 2003. Sapp is an honored member of the Employee Relocation Council with a CRP designation. She is a member of the Relocation Director’s Council and a long-standing member of the Relocation Advisory Council for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty Relocation.
Training and assisting employees are Sapp’s passions. She is a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty Referral Services Mentor. Sapp believes in enjoying life whether working or playing.
Sapp is an avid tennis player when she is not wrapped up in a Corporate Group Move or international corporate relocation.
Brigid (Peterson) Hugh oversees operations of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty locations from Marco Island to Fort Myers in our Southwest Region.
She has more than 17 years of real estate experience with 13 years in management. Hugh came to the company when it acquired Bradford Estates in 1999 where she was manager. Hugh took the reins of the "start up" Palm Beach Gardens office in December 2000. She led the office from its early beginnings and transformed it into an enterprise that has consistently outperformed itself every year.
Hugh has exhibited outstanding leadership skills. She has also demonstrated an ability to improve the stature and performance of her office and staff by applying sound business strategies.
Brigid (Peterson) Hugh
Elaine Glandon oversees the operations of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty branch locations in the Northwest and Central regions with more than 400 sales professionals.
She began her 30 year real estate career in Florida and has more than twenty years of management experience. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, Elaine was an award winning Branch Manager for a large national real estate company, managing locations in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. She joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty in December 2000 as Branch Manager, opening the flagship Boca Raton office while also managing two additional satellite offices for the company.
Elaine holds a Florida Real Estate Brokers license and has earned the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager designation from the National Association of Realtors.
Carol is responsible for the Branch Sales Offices in Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties. The Northeast Region is comprised of 11 locations and 500 of Sales Professionals.
Prior to joining our company Carol Hill, was named as the Senior Vice President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty Network Realty in 1998 which is based in Jacksonville, Florida where she had been with the company since 1989. Carol was the Director of Facilities for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in the Baltimore-Washington area overseeing 50 Branch Sales Offices with 1,800 Sales Professionals and 150 employees. Carol is the past-president of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and Hill holds the professional designation of Certified Residential Broker/Manager (CRB) and Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI). She is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, and previously a licensed Florida Mortgage Broker. She is a past Director with the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida Realtors and a past Director of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. Hill’s community involvement includes three years as Chairperson for the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors Community Affairs Committee; Director of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors Charitable Trust Committee, and a volunteer Captain with the Super Bowl XXXIX Host Committee, HabiJax; Realtors Ramp It Up, Paint the Town, Make A Difference Day, and The Sunshine Kids events.
Carol Hill, CRB, GRI
Pat oversees the Southeast Region, covering Miami-Dade and Broward Counties and serving exciting and diverse markets such as Aventura, the Ft. Lauderdale waterfront area, Coral Gables, Miami Beach and Coral Springs/Parkland.
Pat joined us in 2013 after operating her own firm since March 2006 where she did extensive work with bank REO’s and commercial brokerage. She had previously spent 10 years as Miami-Dade Regional President for Coldwell Banker and Arvida Realty Services (formerly Prudential Florida Realty). Her leadership positions in the industry and experiences in real estate mergers and acquisitions have given her unique experience and business relationships with real estate sales professionals throughout southeast Florida.
In 2006, she served as Chairman of the Board of the Miami Association of Realtors, and continued until 2015 as a Board of Directors member in addition to more than 10 years as a director of the Coconut Grove Arts Festival.
Pat's years of overseeing a network of productive branch offices have given her in-depth knowledge of strategic locations and growth opportunities.
Stacy Benedict is our Vice President of eCommerce and marketing. Benedict leads the Company's statewide internet, mobile, social media, public relations, traditional advertising, and marketing initiatives and strategies.
Benedict has been with the company since July 2003. She was the local account executive for Realtor.com and the South Florida Regional Sales Manager for Visual Tour. Since 1996, Benedict has worked in the real estate industry both in Maryland and Florida. She has an active license with our Watermark Realty Referral Company.
Jeff began his career in 2003 with one of the leading foreclosure law firms in Michigan, Trott & Trott, P.C., working directly with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on loss mitigation pilot programs as well as alternative post sale options such as “Cash for Redemption” program to limit GSE holding time and costs.
Jeff previously worked for NRT / Coldwell Banker REO Division where he oversaw the title vendor management and selection process and programs in South Florida. From there, Jeff joined Fannie Mae in Fort Lauderdale as the REO Asset Manager and Asset Analyst in the National Property Disposition Center where he was charged with the Credit Loss Management Operations.
Most recently Hall served as the Chief Operating Officer for Florida Foreclosure Attorneys (FFA) and FFA Residential – a prominent law firm in Boca Raton. Hall was also the Director of REO’s where he oversaw the REO, title and post-sale units and was responsible for the timely and efficient conveyance or disposition of bank owned assets and acting as a client resource for alternative disposition programs.
Luis Lopez is the IT Project and Facilities Manager, Real Estate Services, and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Management of Information Systems as well as maintaining all the branch offices and corporate location in a good-functional status. Mr. Lopez is also responsible for assisting Mr. Rodriguez in identifying new locations to relocate existing offices as well as new start-up locations. These responsibilities also include building and/or remodeling spaces for new and existing locations. Mr. Lopez tests, approves and implements new software, hardware, IT services and providers to be implemented for our family of services that have an effect on the overall IT operations of PFR. Lopez has being with PFR since 1999 when we acquired Pratt’s and Associates, a Real Estate firm in Coral Gables, where he was an Information Technology Technician. Lopez earned his Masters in International Enterprises from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and completed courses on subjects such as Microsoft, Cisco, Information Technology Infrastructure Library and Project Management Professional.
