The Dooley Group

The Dooley Realty Group, now called The Dooley Group due to a 2019 change in Florida Law, was founded in Massachusetts in 1974 by Rich Dooley. Originally, the Dooley Realty Group worked in a Single Agency capacity serving only Buyers, who were looking for professional and personal attention in their search for a new home. The Group served Essex and Plymouth Counties in Massachusetts.

In 1985, the Group moved its operation to upstate New York and affiliated with Better Homes and Gardens a real estate franchise serving Saratoga and Albany Counties. In New York the primary focus of the Group continued to be Buyer Agency however; some Seller (Dual) Agency was also practiced.

In 2000, the Group again relocated its operations to Southwest Florida and focused on all aspects of General Residential Real Estate, including but not limited to listings, sales, annual and seasonal rentals and property management.  The Group even did a very small amount of Commercial Real Estate.

Currently, The Dooley Group focuses its efforts primarily in Collier (Ave Maria, Naples, North Naples) and Lee (Bonita Springs, Cape Coral,  Estero, Fort Myers and the Beaches and Lehigh Acres) Counties.  We are also expanding our services to Sarasota and Charlotte (Englewood, Punta Gorda, Sarasota and Venice) Counties

Philosophically, our Group has not changed over the years, we believe that “old fashioned” customer service is the bulwark of success. The Group tempers that “old fashion” service with top of the line technology. We listen to our customer and do everything possible to ensure our Clients’ goals are met and to bring about a successful transaction.
