I have been listing and selling property in south Sarasota for over 10 years and In my capacity as a property manager for several vacation rentals at Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club and the Palmer Ranch area, I have the unique opportunity to allow customers to "try it before you buy it." After a season of renting, many of my tenants fall in love with the area and become buyers. My vast understanding of the market makes me a perfect fit to list properties and give them the attention and exposure needed to get the job done.
