Joan loves helping people and Real Estate is the perfect profession for her! With 27 years of experience, 25 as part of The Horsepower Team, Joan is ready, willing and able to do what it takes to make customers’ dreams come true! Along the way Joan and The Horsepower Team have achieved Chaiman’s Circle, BHHS Florida’s Realty’s top level, every year of the team. Joan moved to the Treasure Coast in 1991. She grew up in the metropolitan area of Washington DC, both of her parents practiced real estate. Joan spent her summers and attended College in South Carolina. Joan has and continues to serve in many capacities at the Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast including President (2017). Joan enjoys gardening on her 5-acre’s, which she often refers to as “her own park”. The proud mother of her adult daughter Lauren who serves in the Navy and her son-in-law Jimmy in the Air Force. Joan loves being “BaBa” to her grandson Evan and all the fun and adventures that come with it.
