Marianne is consistently a multi-million-dollar producer in Martin, St. Lucie and Okeechobee counties. It is her "whatever it takes" attitude toward each transaction that makes her so successful. Consistently in the top 2% of BHHS agents. In her free time Marianne enjoys walking on the beach and camping in our beautiful state. Marianne’s husband and oldest son are both private pilots. Marianne is familiar with the airports and airparks located throughout the Sunshine State. Growing up in Middleburg, Virginia, she was active in the Show Hunter/Jumper world and then moved on to Thoroughbred Racehorses traveling the world with them attending Breeder’s Cup, Triple Crown and other prestigious race events. After leaving the racehorses in 1995, Marianne earned her Real Estate license and has been part of the Florida real estate industry ever since. Marianne & her husband Louie live in the Sugarhill community in Jensen Beach with their two dogs, Lola & Maya.
