My expertise goes beyond simply listing properties. I pride myself on the ability to sell properties. One of the keys to my success is a "real" background. During the ups and downs, I have developed a deep understanding of the industry. This allows me to provide clients guidance throughout the selling and buying process. Another testament to my expertise is my role as a teacher of the ethics portion of the new member orientation of the Realtors Association of IRC, instilling the importance of ethical conduct in new agents.
