About
Born and raised in New Jersey, Chris Coccia graduated from Queen of Peace High School in 1989 and later earned a degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. In 1993, Chris obtained his Realtor license and has been an integral part of the family business from a young age. Chris achieved his Real Estate Broker’s license in 1998 and soon after, began managing his first office. Through dedication and hard work, he built a thriving team of over 50 agents within seven years. From 2004 to 2007, Chris served as a Board of Director for the New Jersey MLS and held the position of Treasurer for the Meadowlands Board of Realtors. In 2024, he was elected President of the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors. Having lived part-time in the Naples/Collier County area for over six years, Chris now splits his time between New Jersey and Florida. He is the Broker/Owner of Coccia Real Estate Group in New Jersey. He is proudly part of The Fonseca Group.
