Donna sells real estate throughout Florida and Hawaii, unfortunately only Brevard County sales can be posted.Her family has owned land on the beaches in Florida since 1926 when Grandmother bought land in Eau Gallie, roads were put in to the lot in the 1970's. Donna began selling real estate in Hawaii in 1979. Instructor for NAR International Property Specialist course from 1998 to 2006, International Realtor since 1979. Working with Buyers and Sellers surrounding the Pacific Rim, she has helped developers understand the local culture of sellers, buyers and County and State agencies from procuring raw land to finished residential product sales. CEREAN (Central European real estate nations) attendee in Kiev, Ukraine. Donna taught English as a second language in Buenos Aires, Argentina and serves Global buyers, sellers and referrals. Certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a mediator, Donna's expertise in negotiation serves her clients well.
