Erica was raised in Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She resided in Boston for several years. Since 1995 Erica is proud to call the sunshine state home, splitting her time between both the east and west coast of Florida. With experience living in both Florida coasts, Erica specializes in working with buyers, sellers, investors, and renters in both the Miami/Fort Lauderdale and Naples highly desirable markets. Also, Erica has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation for REALTORS® who, upon successful completion of SRES designation course, are able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, or relocating. Whether you are moving coast to coast, from the mid-west, any other part of the world or just moving on, Erica is dedicated to helping you sell and/or find a home in Florida.
