She purchased her first property at just 25, and by 2003, turned that passion into a full-time career as a licensed Realtor. With over two decades of experience in listing, selling, buying, renting, and flipping residential, commercial, and vacant land, Ivania offers her clients a well-rounded and results-driven approach. Her background includes multiple million-dollar commercial transactions, along with extensive residential expertise, giving her clients confidence across all types of real estate investments.
