With 22 years in real estate, Kathie successfully combines her knowledge of the community, professional experience in business, and personal contacts to provide the tools needed to guide buyers and sellers through successful transactions. Prior to relocating to FL from MD in 1992, Kathie owned a successful interior design business and was a sales support supervisor for a medical company after graduating from West Virginia Wesleyan College with a BS in business. Kathie has contributed to the community by serving on several boards of organizations and can be found enjoying her free time on the tennis courts or spending time with her husband, son, and daughter. Kathie’s BS in business combined with her experience in interior design and customer service effectively guide her success in real estate. Her specialty is in assisting sellers to prep and stage their homes for a fast and successful sale as well as helping buyers to envision prospective properties as their own!
